Rent office in Chuo

Chuo is Tokyo's merchant heart, and its two poles serve different ambitions. Nihombashi — the city's original commercial centre, now deep in a Mitsui-led redevelopment cycle — has become the cluster for pharma, fintech and asset management, with new towers rising above Edo-era shop names. Ginza is Japan's most famous retail address, and an office here suits brands, boutiques and professional practices that trade on the name. Between them, Kyōbashi and Yaesu deliver practical mid-to-upper-grade space a walk from Tokyo Station, with the huge Yaesu bus terminal and new tower complexes on the station's east side. Expect ¥28,000–45,000 per tsubo for newer stock, less in older mid-rises. The Ginza, Tōzai, Hibiya and Asakusa lines lattice the ward.
